If you guys didn’t know you could post on this page, you will see a posting button on the left hand side. Once you guys log into your account, you will find a couple of different options.

You have what’s new and add an offer. You could go in every single day, create a post, and then that post will show up on your knowledge panel when somebody is searching for your business. If your business gets searched a lot on Google, then you’ll have more opportunities for customers to see those posts. So if you are offering a sale or you have a new product coming in, it’s always nice just to add a quick snippet of what is coming in so those potential customers would be able to see it. If you don’t want to go into your Google Business Profile page every day and make these new posts, if you have a WordPress site, one of the plugins that I have found is called Blog to Social.

So if you create a post in WordPress, you can auto schedule that post to go live on your Google Business Profile page with one click of a button. Then your customers will be able to stay updated with you doing just a little less work by auto scheduling all your posts through your Google Business Profile page and any other social media site that you guys would like. Posting frequently will also give you a step above your competition. For those who are not constantly updating their Google Business Profile page, google always loves new, fresh content, so the more that you can update those posts, add services, add descriptions to your services and products, that will always give you a step above other local businesses that are not putting in the same amount of work.
