The map pack is where they decide who to call

Someone nearby searches for what you do. Google shows three businesses with a map and a phone number first. If you are not one of those three, most people never see you. We fix that.

what actually moves the pin

Three things that get you in — and keep you there

The map pack is not a lottery. Google is checking whether you look real, local, and still in business.

Google Business Profile

Wrong category. Missing services. No posts. Photos that look like a ghost town. We fix every piece Google uses when it decides who to show someone nearby.

Name, address, phone

Google checks directories to confirm you are real. If your listing does not match on Yelp, your site, and Facebook, that creates doubt. Doubt keeps you out of the pack.

Recent reviews

Twenty reviews from last month beat two hundred from three years ago. Recency matters more than volume. We set up a system so real customers keep leaving them.

why you are not showing up

The pack is earned. Most shops never finish the work.

The profile is incomplete

Easy to set up. Easy to set up wrong. Missing service areas. No description. No photos that look like an active business. Every gap is a reason Google ranks someone else.

The listings do not match

One address on Yelp. Another on the website. A third on Facebook. Google cannot fully verify you. Unverifiable businesses rank lower. This is common in Colorado Springs — and it is fixable.

The reviews went quiet

If your last review was six months ago, Google sees a shop that may not be open. That costs map pack positions every day, even if the old reviews look great.

Your competitor is still posting

Every month they add reviews, clean listings, and post to the profile, the gap grows. The spots open in your category today are harder to take next year.

how it works

Three steps. Month to month.

  1. 01
    See where you stand

Use the ranking tool. Or call 719-639-8238 and tell us what you do and where you do it.

  2. 02
Fix what is blocking the pack

Profile, listings, reviews. Then we keep it moving so a quiet month does not bury you.

  3. 03
    Stay because it works

No 12-month hostage. If the phone is not ringing more, you should not keep paying.

proof

One result. Not a wall of fake logos.

I had a Google Business Profile for three years and barely knew it existed. Within forty-five days of working with Casey's SEO we were showing up in the map pack for our main service terms in Colorado Springs. The calls from new customers started within the first month. We had not changed anything else about the business. Just the profile.

questions

Map pack questions we actually get

How long does it take to get into the map pack?

Most businesses with a properly set-up profile see movement in 30 to 60 days. Some faster, depending on the category and how incomplete the profile was. We give you a realistic timeline for your market on the first call.

My profile is already set up. Do I still need this?

Almost certainly. Most “complete” profiles are missing the pieces that actually move the pack: wrong primary category, incomplete service areas, no description, missing services, no recent posts. We have yet to audit a profile with nothing left to fix.

Do I need more reviews to rank?

You need recent reviews more than you need more reviews. Fifteen from the last ninety days will typically beat a hundred from two years ago in most Colorado Springs markets. We build a system that generates consistent reviews from real customers.

How is this different from regular local SEO?

Maps optimization is the profile and the signals that put you in the three-pack. Local SEO also includes the site and broader listings. Both matter. The pack often moves first because a clean profile can outrun a website still climbing organic results.

What if I serve more than one area?

Service areas on the profile matter. We set them to where you actually work — Briargate to Fountain, Monument to Pueblo — so you can show up in those searches.

Can a competitor get my profile suspended?

Yes. Suspensions happen, and reports are one cause. We keep the profile inside Google’s rules so there is nothing for a report to land on. If you are already suspended, we can help with reinstatement.

How do I know it is working?

You show up for searches you were not in. The phone rings more. We also track profile views, direction requests, and call clicks from the profile itself — traffic from the pack before it ever hits your site.

Do you work outside Colorado Springs?

Yes. Front Range: Pueblo, Monument, Fountain, Cañon City, and the towns in between. If people find you through local search, we can help.

Find out why you are not in the map pack

We look at the profile, the listings, and the reviews and tell you what is blocking you. Plain English. No obligation. Call 719-639-8238, or run the ranking tool first.
