At this time, we only work with Google Business Profile pages with a physical location. Service Area Businesses (SAB) do not have a physical location and in most cases will not rank as high for local search results. I highly recommend always using a physical address, even if it’s your house as you can rank higher and still rank miles away just as you would with a Service Area Business (SAB).Â

As long as your website has enough information, I can make things work. Now, I can potentially increase your rankings even more with access. Â
Side note: I do have a couple clients where I don’t have access to their website and I have been able to get very impressive results. Example, this client was working with an SEO company for years and they were ranking on the third page for their main keyword. After one month, I had them on the first page and as of today, they are ranking #2. I also took one of their main keywords from page 5 to #2 in the same time frame, all with off-page SEO. Â
No, not necessarily. I have found blog content to carry little weight for local results. Service pages provide more value and convert higher than blog post. Plus, when was the last time you saw a blog post rank #1 for your local service, probably never. Â
In the past, I used to create lots of blog content in hopes of better results but have since learned there are better ways to increase rankings. For example, if your blog post doesn’t have backlinks or traffic, it will most likely never rank well or even get indexed in Google.Â
If your goal is to increase your local SEO results, creating lots of blog post may not be the right way to go as there more more effective methods out there.Â
There is no guarantee that you will receive more leads. You will increase your chances for leads if you rank higher on the search engines. One of the quickest ways for more leads is by improving your Google Business Profile page rankings.Â

I have found almost all SEO strategies to provide little value with increasing your rankings. You may have read that you need to update content, title tags, meta descriptions, increase your website speed, and while these are true, increasing your website speed from 70 to 85 won’t make your website rank #1. You most likely won’t even increase one spot. Changing your title tags or headers can have a huge impact but updating those every month is not a great idea. Knowing which areas actually increase your rankings is key to the fastest results and a positive return on your return on investment (ROI).
